sigh
wow, it seems like i touch this bloggy thing every month or so. ach well, at least you know i'm still alive ;-).
i'm getting rather frustrated at writing my thesis. everytime i am ready to start, something bums me out and i have no will to do it anymore. grad school seems meaningless. the more you stay in school, the stupider you get. you forget all the cool things like integration by parts, differential equation, thermodynamics and quantum mechanics. i never liked stat mech that much. its probably the stats part i don't like. mechanics is kinda cool by itself.
i bought myself a plant the other day. can you imagine that? me with a plant. haha. coupled by my ONE freaking window in my apartment and my watering skills, i hope this plant will survive the winter. Actually, its a cactus, so essentially I don't have to water it much. though, i have to pull up the shades every once in a while so the plants can get some sun. living like a vampire has its downsides.
